Police Community Engagement Host
Hosting Police Community Engagement is a great way for your department to bring high caliber training to your area. It’s also an opportunity to network with sworn & civilian personnel from law enforcement, fire and public safety agencies in the state and region.
As the host of 1-day Police Community Engagement, your agency is responsible for providing a modern training facility with classroom type seating for approximately 15-25 people, basic A/V equipment consisting of a PowerPoint type projector, external speakers and Internet access (during the training) In addition, your agency assists in notifying other police, fire and public safety agencies in surrounding areas via training announcements, teletype, e-mail, fax, or mail, etc. Refreshments are nice if possible (but not required)
We market and present the course, handle registrations, payments, paperwork, handouts, certificates, etc. (A minimum of 12 paid registrations are needed to hold a training.) In exchange for hosting and assisting with Police Community Engagement, 1 person from your agency will be allowed to attend free of charge and a 2nd person will be allowed to attend if there are more than 16 or more paid registrations. Complimentary seats in the training are not transferable to other agencies and have no cash value.
A ‘buy-out’ option and costs is also available on request.
